About the Owner
My name is Bill Schmelzer and I have been a resident in Lee County since 1967. I graduated from North Fort Myers High School and I have worked all throughout Florida. I have constructed everything from single family homes to structural steel buildings. I have worked for several local home builders, but in 2002 I obtained my own State of Florida General Contractors License and started B & L General Contracting, Inc. in Cape Coral, Florida.
I currently oversee all new home construction and foreclosure renovation projects from start to finish.
